Rite of Christian Initiation of Youths (RCIY)
For ages 16–23. Submit completed form to rciy@sfxchurch.sg
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
For ages 24 and above. Submit the completed form to rcia@sfxchurch.sg
Please contact the Parish Office at least 12 months before your intended wedding date to book the church and confirm the availability of the presiding priest. The registration form outlines the required documents, marriage preparation programme, and application timeline.

Pastoral Care
Before confirming funeral arrangements with the crematorium, please contact the Parish Office to confirm the availability of a priest and the Funeral Mass schedule.
If you would like prayers to be led at the wake, the Parish Office can assist in arranging support from the St Pio Prayer Group.

The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick is for Catholics who are seriously ill, preparing for major surgery, or weakened by old age. Whenever possible, it should be received before admission to the hospital for a planned medical procedure.
To arrange the Sacrament, submit the completed request form or contact the Parish Office to arrange for a priest. In an emergency, you may also contact the Catholic parish nearest to the hospital.
