Submit your intention using the form below. Our Finance department will contact you with a reference number for your payment.

- Finance will send you a reference number, MO xxx (e.g. MO 001).
- Pay via PayNow using the UEN below, and enter the reference number as your payment reference.
Payment is by PayNow only. Please submit your intention at least one week in advance. Your information will be retained for six months after the Mass has been offered.
